- How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Unless noted differently under product description. Processing occurs Monday-Thursday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)
We offer shipping options through USPS for all clothing items. (Yeti Boots are shipped directly from our manufacturer in China and shipping providers vary.) USPS Shipping takes up to 1-3 Business days to arrive depending on your location. Once you’re order arrives to the shipping facility and a tracking number is provided, PrimAccents is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
- Can I make changes to my order?
Here at PrimAccents we pride ourselves on great customer service. Because of that, once an order is received we immediately begin working on processing that order. Once orders are confirmed and submitted PrimAccents cannot cancel or change an order.
PrimAccents always does quality control inspections on all products before shipping out items. PrimAccents does not offer exchanges due to availability when items are received. Returns are non-refundable, please return any returnable items that do not satisfy you completely within 7 days of the shipped date for store credit for the total of the item(s) received, for use online. Discounts and shipping fees are excluded from store credit balances. We cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a store credit is issued. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping charges to and from PrimAccents. It is recommended that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method.
- What if my item is damaged?
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

- What if my package is lost or stolen?
Here at PrimAccents we ship out items on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Once your items are placed in the possession of USPS or UPS they become that carriers responsibility. We are no longer responsible for refunding or replacing any stolen or lost packages. However, we will do our best to work with you on how to file a claim or locate your package.
